OTHER
Other than yearbook, I have spent the majority of my free time beginning to write a series of
sci-fi/mystery novels. Journalism sparked my love for writing and with it came the want to take the Creative Writing course at my school. There, I met Mrs. Sam Kozuchowski, from whom I inherited the want and need to keep writing. In my writing I like to tackle important issues, so the themes of my novels reflect things that are important to me and that I think are important to be covered,
This summer will also mark the third time I travel with my youth group to Frenchville, Pennsylvania, where we meet up with a youth group from New York and do service for the poverty stricken community there. I look forward to the mission trip every year and some of my best friends are those I met there.
